Join us in our journey, work well, eat well!🍣 Job Description – Service & Kitchen StaffEnsure smooth daily operations by following company SOPs and service standards.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere.Prepare, cook, and present food according to standard recipes and hygiene guidelines.Support the team in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and workplace organization.Monitor and control inventory, food cost, and labor efficiency in daily operations.Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.Maintain quality, speed, and consistency in both service and kitchen performance.Contribute ideas and innovations to enhance guest satisfaction and brand growth.Ensure all operational areas are properly opened, maintained, and closed according to standards.🍽️ Job Qualifications – Service & Kitchen StaffVocational vocational high school (SMK) in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Culinary Arts (or equivalent) preferred.Fresh graduate or at least 1–2 years of experience in the F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, or hotel).Strong customer service orientation, teamwork, and communication skills.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Professional, detail-oriented, and disciplined, with a positive work attitude.Good understanding of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.Willing to work shifts, weekends, and national holidays.Neat and presentable at all times.Willing to be assigned or relocated to other outlets throughout the region.
