This role is suited to someone who values connection, communication, and compassion.As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families. Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred. Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability.
