Site Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager with a background of success working on commercial and industrial projects to join our client’s team.A long-established, family-owned design and construction group, our client specialises in commercial large-scale building operations. SITE MANAGERStart: ASAPHours: Monday to Saturday (7am-3:30pm)Duration: Permanent PositionLocation: Mornington, VIC (and surrounding areas)Rate: 130k plus superannuationThe Role: As Site Manager you will oversee multiple projects including a large highway project, 58 below ground storage units, as well as industrial and commercial builds. Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractorsSupport Project Managers to monitor, track and report progress of the team against project program and budgetEnsure project quality, budget and timescales are met – providing regular progress reports via ProcoreMonitor compliance with OH&S policy and procedure, and implement site safety plans Oversee sub-contractors, ensuring work is completed to a high standard in accordance with deadlinesConsult with stakeholders and consultants on day-to-day construction and design issuesMaintain up to date site diary using ProcoreEssential Requirements:Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager working in the industrial, commercial construction sectorHold relevant qualifications, White Card and Driver’s Licence (with own vehicle) Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate effective leadership skills Organised with a talent for meeting deadlines Willingness to work a 6-day weekFull Australian Working Rights
