The role focuses on staff leadership, performance management, sales growth, and operational accuracy while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.Job ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead and manage the Front Office team, including shift planning, daily operations, and overall team coordination.Conduct regular morning and afternoon briefings to reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and product updates.Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to encourage high performance and continuous improvement among staff.Address performance issues by advising and mentoring agents when mistakes occur.Customer Service & Problem-SolvingHandle customer complaints and resolve issues both within and outside the shop efficiently and professionally.Ensure a flexible and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving to enhance customer satisfaction.Sales & Performance ManagementMonitor and review daily sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Provide regular briefings to agents to ensure awareness of performance goals and encourage increased sales efforts.Initiate and implement sales activities within the shop to drive revenue growth and achieve month-over-month (MoM) sales targets.Focus on selling devices to meet or exceed targets set by management.Operational Control & ComplianceOversee daily cash operations, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions and financial records.Manage petty cash and PiPay transactions to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations, including customer refunds.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.Talent Management & DevelopmentParticipate in recruitment, transfers, promotions, and performance management of Front Office staff.Select, develop, and evaluate team members to maintain operational efficiency and excellence.Ensure all team members are well-trained in product knowledge and system usage to provide exceptional service.Other DutiesComplete assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by management in alignment with business needs.EducationJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (graduated or currently pursuing) in Business Administration or a relevant field.Experience & SkillsStrong coaching and training abilities to support and develop team members.Ability to provide immediate assistance and guidance to agents as needed.Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement activities to drive monthly revenue growth.Proficiency in computer applications and systems relevant to the role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Fluency in Khmer and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
