Carex Sweden is a fast-growing Dermo Cosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermo cosmetic brands across selected European countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania, Benelux, Germany), as well as the Middle East and CIS markets.We are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist located in Istanbul – Türkiye.Below is the brief job description and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates:QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree from relevant departments (Communication, New Media, Marketing or related fields),Preferably completed postgraduate or specialization programs in New Media / Digital Marketing,Preferably at least 3 years of experience in digital communication and influencer marketing,Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, reporting tools and performance tracking,Fluent in English (written & spoken),Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills,Team-oriented, strong coordination and organizational abilities,Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills,Solution-oriented, proactive and hands-on working style.JOB DESCRIPTIONCo-responsible for planning, developing and implementing short- and long-term communication strategies for selected Carex Sweden brands in the Turkish market,Co-responsible for creating the annual Online Marketing Plan,Develop and execute digital campaigns to grow social media communities, increase brand awareness, improve engagement and support lead generation in collaboration with Senior Brand Management,Prepare the yearly digital marketing budget and ensure monthly tracking,Manage and update all online content across company-owned platforms (Website, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and others) in line with brand strategy,Identify and engage influencers, creators and opinion leaders for brand activities,Provide timely and accurate reports, insights and analyses related to all digital marketing activities,Translate briefs from the marketing teams into clear creative briefs for agencies in close cooperation with Brand Management,Work closely with the in-house design team and external agencies to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content production.
