Job Title: Traffic & Social Media Manager (Telegram Specialist)Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traffic & Social Media Manager with a strong focus on Telegram to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of promoting and maintaining active Telegram groups and channels, creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and ensuring consistent growth in traffic and user engagement. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities across our Telegram presence, including strategy, execution, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Telegram Community Management:Create, grow, and maintain Telegram groups and channels.Develop and execute strategies to increase channel/group engagement and membership.Regularly monitor and moderate group discussions, responding to inquiries and fostering community interaction.Content Strategy & Creation:Create, schedule, and post content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives (including announcements, promotions, and interactive content).Implement creative ideas for boosting engagement such as polls, quizzes, discussions, and live sessions.Ad Campaign Management:Design and implement ad campaigns on Telegram, including paid promotions, partnership ads, and other forms of sponsored content.Optimize ads for better performance, targeting the right audience, and increasing conversions.Analytics & Reporting:Analyze traffic, growth, and engagement metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and community interactions.Provide regular reports to management, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to align Telegram strategies with overall business objectives.Keep up with Telegram trends and competitive activities, suggesting improvements to the community engagement plan.Requirements:Proven experience in Telegram community management and social media marketing, especially within Telegram's ecosystem (groups, channels, and ads).Hands-on experience running advertising campaigns on Telegram, with a clear understanding of targeting, ad formats, and analytics.Solid knowledge of Telegram bots, automation tools, and growth strategies (such as member acquisition tactics, paid promotions).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal language know Mandarin or Chines along with English.Strong understanding of social media trends and how they can be leveraged for growth and engagement.Familiarity with Telegram analytics tools and traffic analysis platforms to track performance and optimize campaigns.A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with Telegram bots or third-party Telegram marketing tools.Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other platforms).Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and how it applies to social media platforms.
