Solutions Architect

We're working with a fast-growing SaaS company based in Ghent, who are assisting businesses modernize how they work through smart, cloud-native software solutions. With a strong focus on customer experience, the company’s platform is used by organizations across Europe and beyond.As the team expands, they’re looking for a Solution Architect who can bridge the gap between technology and business - someone who enjoys turning complex challenges into clear solutions that delivers value.You will take the lead in designing end-to-end solutions that align customer needs with the company’s SaaS offerings and technical capabilities. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will define solution blueprints, guide implementation, and ensure that new features and integrations meet functional and architectural standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign reliable solution architectures for new and existing customers.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.Define integration patterns and APIs between the SaaS platform and customer systems.Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with the company’s overall technical roadmap.Conduct technical workshops and present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Stay up to date with modern cloud technologies and architectural trends (e.g., microservices, containers, event-driven systems).Support implementation teams during rollout, providing technical guidance and oversight.Your ProfileAt least 6+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or technical consulting.Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Solid understanding of API design, SaaS integration, and software development lifecycles.Comfortable working with microservices, RESTful APIs, and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong communication skills - able to explain complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively.Experience in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment is a big plus.Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or similar are advantageous but not required.The OfferUp to €110k dependent on experience and interview process.Full benefits package including company car and full legal benefits.12+ ADV daysA flexible hybrid work model with a modern office in the heart of Ghent.A vibrant company culture that encourages growth and flexibility.Training budget and support for professional certifications.Health insurance, meal vouchers, eco vouchers, and other benefits.The chance to help shape the architecture of a product used by thousands of customers worldwide.If you're interested and feel you meet the experience levels, apply today or send a CV to jacob.westley@vividresourcing.com.
