This role is crucial to ensure that this rebuild issuccessfully realized and to the long-term performance of the Responsible Sourcingteam.What You’ll DoYou’ll leverage your deep expertise across IT professional services categories to co-create and execute innovative sourcing strategies with Category Managers and Business Unit Stakeholders that enable the Firm’s technology function and Optimize's impact, ESG, and risk goals. You’ll deliver innovative sourcing strategies underpinned by core strategicsourcing techniques (e.g., Spend Analysis, Clean Sheeting, Total Cost of Ownershipdetermination, Cost Breakdown Analysis, and Risk Management). Considers andrecommends optimum sourcing approach based on context and desired value outcome(e.g., comprehensive RFP, RFQ, direct negotiation)You’ll drive the delivery of innovative and syndicated negotiation strategies for sourcingevents and leverage outstanding negotiation skills that deliver optimum outcomes.Prepare and syndicate thoughtful and robust Business Award Recommendations thatdeliver consensus of approval across stakeholders. You’ll partner with colleagues tocreate and follow Standard Operating Procedures that deliver consistent and auditablesourcing experiences.You’ll have the opportunity to thought partner and co-create innovative sourcingsolutions with internal clients, optimize collaborators (examples: Category Leaders,Purchasing, Purchasing Operations, Legal Procurement, Suppliers, etc.) deliveringexceptional sourcing strategies and sourcing experiences. You’ll also build strongrelationships and partner with our regional sourcing managers, so our colleagues receivea consistent sourcing experience across the firm.You’ll contribute to the global responsible sourcing vision, strategies, and prioritiesincluding driving forward the sourcing workstream within our ‘Make responsible buyingeasy’ transformation. This will include driving the development and delivery of a holisticand seamless source-to-pay process that supports our ESG goals, and risk principles.You’ll have the opportunity to drive the development and implementation of world-classsourcing processes, principles, and KPIs for each category, identify and deploytechnologies that can digitize and automate these sourcing processes, and develop a clearand sustainable governance model for the sourcing practice.Skills7+ years in a professional business environment with at least 5 years of relevantTechnology Sourcing experience required■ Deep Strategic Sourcing knowledge across multiple standard indirect/ Techcategories (examples: Technology Professional Services, etc.) that delivers excellent Sourcing Strategies■ Deep expertise in Sourcing Steps and Processes (examples: Conducting SpendAnalysis, Clean Sheet, Total Cost of Ownership and Cost Breakdown Analysis,Sourcing Strategy Development, Product/ Services Requirements and featuresMapping, RFP Excellence, Business Case development, and outstanding ability toNegotiate); knowledge of technology solutions that digitize and automate SourcingProcesses is highly valued■ Procurement transformation experience is highly valued■ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with the ability toquickly articulate creative, practical solutions■ Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functions at all organizational levels■ Excellent ability to apply experience and knowledge to transformationalimprovements, influence others with knowledge and skills, and demonstrateoutstanding change management, project management, and communication skills■ Experience influencing senior leadership in a consensus-based culture, able to drivechange, meet deadlines, and inspire confidence among senior leadership■ Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to managecompeting priorities and ambiguous situations effectively■ Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
