You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.Knowledge of beauty treatments is an advantage.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and explain the process of the spa experienceReview and update client profile forms and customize treatments to address client needs and contraindicationsAcknowledge and respond to relevant client queries, needs, and expectationsPerform spa treatmentsProvide quality, personalized, and evidence-based careDevelop packages or massage courses using a variety of treatment optionsFarewell clients, guiding them to their next areaPromote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving comfort, flexibility, and balanceFollowing scheduled roster and daily appointment scheduleMaintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment roomsUphold personal and general hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulationsManage levels of professional stock and suppliesReference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms ManualsApply best practices and be up to date with market trendsRequirementsProven work experience as a spa therapistHands-on experience in massage techniques and face/body therapiesIntensive training and expertiseAbility to manage clients with different types of personalitiesCurrent knowledge of treatment practicesDrive to learn and grow constantlyGood interpersonal communication skillsValid license to practice spa therapiesPositive and professional attitude and behaviorExperience in sales will be considered an assetKnowledge of a foreign language is an advantage⚠️ Please Read Before ApplyingRemuneration: The displayed annual salary is an On-Target Earnings (OTE) figure, which includes estimated bonuses and commissions.Salary Structure: Our base salary structure is standardized.
