The Special Teacher will be responsible for teaching and developing tailored lesson plans for students with disabilities and those in middle school. The role includes working closely with students to meet their individual learning needs, fostering an inclusive classroom environment, and communicating effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to support student development. Qualifications Expertise in Special Education and understanding the needs of students with disabilitiesExperience in teaching and working specifically with middle school studentsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with diverse educational teamsPatience, empathy, and adaptability to support unique student needsRelevant teaching certifications and qualifications, along with experience in designing and implementing effective educational strategies
