The position involves preparing and reviewing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), managing billing systems with precise documentation, performing rate analysis, and quantity surveying. The role also includes analyzing data to ensure cost-effectiveness, collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy in all contracts and billings, and monitoring project progress for financial efficiency.QualificationsStrong expertise in BOQ preparation and proficiency in managing billing systems and Vendor Management, Material Management and Contracts Management.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and Negotiation skills to ensure accurate evaluationsProficiency in rate analysis and quantity surveying for real estate or construction projectsKnowledge of contracts management and applicable regulationsRelevant academic qualification in Civil Engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in contracts and billing within the real estate or construction industryExcellent communication and teamwork skills
