You will be the crucial link between clients, internal teams, and the founder — ensuring strong relationships, operational efficiency, and consistently impactful brand experiences that drive long-term client success.ResponsibilitiesAs part of Spectal’s senior leadership, your responsibilities will span across: Project ManagementOversee end-to-end execution of client projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure timely, high-quality delivery within defined budgets. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication. Understand client needs deeply and ensure they are met consistently and proactively. Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage a team of Senior Associates and Associates. Delegate effectively and ensure the team has the resources, clarity, and support required to deliver high-impact work. Full freedom to structure, manage, and grow your team as needed. Financial ManagementManage and optimise client budgets to ensure profitability. Negotiate contracts and pricing as needed. Track financial performance and share regular updates on project financials. QualificationsRequiredExperience: 5–8 years in client servicing or account management, ideally within experiential marketing or event management. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with youth-focused, culture-driven, or tech-driven brands. Leadership: Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders and leading teams. Project Management: Strong understanding of planning tools, workflows, and project methodologies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
