Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-endrecruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring. The role involves sourcing,screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talentpipeline to support the organization’s manpower needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle – from understanding manpower requirementsto on boarding new hires.Headhunt from the target brands.Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media,referrals, and professional networks.Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’suitability for roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards in HR systems.Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and recurring roles.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Handle offer management, salary negotiation, and pre-on boarding formalities.Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiringwhen required.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Retal only)Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and modern recruitment tools(LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems.Skills: sourcing,campus hiring,retail recruitment,recruitment,talent acquisition,boarding,campus,hiring,retail
