Job Description

Primarily responsible for providing basic healthcare support to all employees at the assigned site. Assists in the implementation of occupational health programs and ensures compliance with OSH standards as mandated by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).Basic Occupational Health ServicesProvide first aid and medical attention for minor injuries or illnesses at work.Monitor the condition of sick or injured employees and coordinate with external healthcare providers when necessary.Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the clinic and medical equipment.OSH Compliance SupportAssist in implementing the companys health and safety programs in compliance with DOLE OSH standards.Participate in workplace safety inspections, emergency drills, and toolbox meetings.Help prepare and maintain accurate medical and incident records for DOLE reporting.Health Promotion & Preventive CareSupport wellness initiatives such as health talks, vaccinations, and medical check-ups.Educate employees on basic health practices, hygiene, and disease prevention.Administrative TasksMaintain and update employee health records.Monitor and manage clinic inventory (medicines, supplies, and equipment).Assist with HR-related tasks such as pre-employment medical coordination and return-to-work evaluations.Registered Nurse (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)Willing to undergo DOLE 8-hour Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training (Company-sponsored or supported)Strong interest in workplace health, employee wellness, and occupational safetyGood communication and interpersonal skillsWilling to work onsite and participate in company safety activitiesCertification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is a plus
