Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Stakeholder Engineer role located in Abu Dhabi. The Stakeholder Engineer will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project expectations, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and maintaining effective communication between all parties. Responsibilities will also include addressing client concerns and ensuring project objectives are met within the specified timelines.QualificationsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various stakeholders and addressing project needs.Project management and organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements effectively.Understanding of engineering design processes and construction sector protocols.Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth project execution.Proficiency in technical tools, software, and documentation relevant to engineering project management.Degree in Civil Engineering or architectural Engineering.Experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region at least 2 years' experience are required.Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the construction sector have a good relationship with authorities.Have enough knowledge for the process and application in the field.
