The successful incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and organizing records, data and all information related to maintenance and repairs within a company.Minimum RequirementsMatricValid Drivers LicenceMaintenance QualificationDuties & ResponsibilitiesMaintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed suppliesPerform routine inspectionsSchedule and oversee maintenance contractorsRespond to maintenance requests from staff membersEnsure ordering is within the approved budgetCompile data from supplier invoices and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to ensure receipt of items orderedKeeping Maintenance office and storeroom clean, organized and OSHA compliantServe as backup to Maintenance Administrator
