We specialize in storytelling through design, leveraging interactive technologies and high-impact installations at major events and exhibitions across the region.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Strategic EA to the CEO — a confident, outspoken, and highly organized professional who can think like a partner, act like an ambassador, and operate like a force multiplier.This isn’t a typical assistant role. It’s a hybrid between Executive Partner, Business Liaison, and Client Connector — designed for someone who can manage the CEO’s rhythm, attend meetings, represent the brand, and ensure every idea, introduction, or opportunity becomes structured action.You will sit at the intersection of strategy, communication, and execution, helping the CEO focus on vision while you manage flow, follow-ups, and external relationships that drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support & CoordinationPartner with the CEO to prioritize initiatives, meetings, and client engagements.Prepare briefings, background research, and summaries for each external meeting.Attend select meetings with or on behalf of the CEO; capture actions and ensure next steps are executed.Maintain confidentiality and manage communication between internal teams and external partners.Business Development & PartnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, clients, and event partners.Represent Rayqube and VAVE at client meetings and industry events with professional confidence.Draft Post-Interaction Action (PIA) reports and follow through with teams until completion.Track all opportunities in CRM — ensuring visibility across CEO and COO offices.Operations & Follow-ThroughManage the CEO’s daily rhythm: schedule, prep materials, and ensure readiness for each engagement.Coordinate with creative, technical, and finance teams to align proposals and deliverables.Keep communication proactive — anticipate questions, send reminders, and close loops quickly.Create weekly dashboards and progress summaries for CEO review.Representation & PresenceBe the CEO’s voice of clarity in meetings — articulate, empathetic, and polished.Handle correspondence and meeting follow-ups with tone and discretion that reflect the CEO’s intent.Serve as the first touchpoint for potential partners and collaborators.Requirements4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Business Coordinator in creative, consulting, or experiential industries.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Confident, articulate, and emotionally intelligent — comfortable in client-facing settings.Organized multitasker who thrives under dynamic schedules and high expectations.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).High integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
