Through its student placement services, ANC has enabled thousands of students to achieve their educational aspirations globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Student Counselor role based in Kandy. The Student Counselor will guide prospective students in selecting appropriate academic and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include providing career counseling, assisting with university applications and placement processes, and addressing student queries. The role requires close communication with students and families, ensuring a high level of customer service and support throughout the counseling process.QualificationsProficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist individuals in making educational and career decisions.Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to students and families.Customer Service expertise to provide excellent support and responsiveness to inquiries and concerns.Understanding of the Education system, including domestic and international university programs, is highly desirable.Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field are beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in an educational environment and build strong relationships with students and stakeholders.
