You’ll be the go-to support for the Agency Director, Business Manager, and client service team—helping to keep projects, processes, and people on track. For the right candidate, it’s also a launchpad into a longer-term career in the creative industry.What you’ll doSupport the Agency Director and Business Manager with day-to-day operations.Assist the Client Service team with project administration and scheduling.Manage practical studio needs: leadership diaries, financial admin, couriers, supplier ordersHelp with ongoing improvement of agency processes and systems—bringing ideas and following through on implementation.Keep the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly (tech, supplies, meeting setups).Coordinate with external suppliers, freelancers, and partners as required.Support team initiatives such as events, culture activities, and training.What we’re looking forPrior experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar role (internships welcome).A can-do attitude, you like solving problems and keeping things moving.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Tech savvy and comfortable across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to pick up new systems.A natural organiser who enjoys supporting others.Strong communication and people skills.Suited to applicants with 1-2 years experience or university graduates looking to start their careerOur Commitment to Junior Talent At Co-Partnership, we believe in creating meaningful pathways for emerging talent.
