Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify training needs across store and office functions.Design and conduct training for front-line staff (cashier, sales, stock) and back-office teams (admin, HR, finance, merchandising, etc.).Facilitate onboarding, soft skills, and job-specific programs.Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvement plans.Coordinate with Store Managers and Department Heads to build a learning culture.Maintain training database, attendance, and reports accurately.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.2–3 years’ experience in training or HR, ideally in retail or FMCG.Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.Good understanding of both store operations and office workflows.
