Syndication Loans Officer

Summary of the PositionThis position is responsible for verifying loan positions and loan processing, including drawdowns, renewals, interest and fee claims and secondary loan closing settlement.Main ResponsibilitiesOriginates, structures and executes syndicated loan transactionsCollaborates with clients and internal stakeholdersCoordinate with Platform on Agency functionCoordinate booking of loans and fees income/expensesCreating of facility in respective systemsCreating of loan management toolLiaise with Treasury for new rate fixingOperational aspects of Syndication LoansProvides comprehensive support and value-added services to the syndication businessPerform end of day controls to ensure all outstanding items are processed by the platformsEnsure payment transmitted successfullyReview procedures and RACI as requiredJob RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Banking and Finance, or other related specializationsMinimally 5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in handling agency roleAptitude necessary to understand the economics and behavior of Loan Syndication businessProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)Highly organized and good time management skillsAbility to prioritize well and good communication skillsMust respond well to short notice and deadlinesAbility to support and provide team work whenever in required
