Systems Deployment Engineer

To strengthen our core technology platform and support our multi-faceted project delivery, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud environment and ensure its reliability, security, and scalability for the long term.Role DescriptionAs a Cloud Operations Specialist at Omnisoft, you will be the primary owner of our cloud infrastructure. A key part of your initial responsibility will be to closely partner with and oversee an external consultancy team as they migrate our systems from AWS to OVHcloud. Your focus will be on knowledge absorption and ensuring a smooth handover, so you are fully equipped to manage, optimize, and scale our new OVHcloud environment post-migration.Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure Ownership: Take full ownership of our multi-project cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness for all our products.Migration Oversight & Knowledge Transfer: Act as the primary technical point of contact during the AWS to OVHcloud migration to deeply understand the new architecture and processes.CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and optimize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to support simultaneous development streams.Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform to build a cloud-agnostic, repeatable foundation.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with multiple development teams to streamline deployments, troubleshoot issues, and improve the overall development lifecycle.
