You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service excellence.On a Typical Day, You’llProactively monitor customer IT environments 24/7, identifying and addressing issues before they escalate;Respond to support requests, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution;Manage customer expectations with professionalism and clear communication;Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely follow-up;Contribute to internal process improvements and quality initiatives;Support internal tools and automation efforts to enhance monitoring capabilities;Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You Bring To The RoleUniversity degree or in process of obtaining;At least 1 year of experience in a customer support environment;Fluency in English or German, both written and spoken;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to dynamic situations;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels and regions.Submit your application today by clicking on the Apply Online button.Please send us your CV in English.
