Job Description

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position contributes to reliable, compliant hiring processes by combining structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation.Key Responsibilities• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mappingRequirements• Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening • Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques• Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time managementBenefits• Salary range: 370,000 - 490,000 • Remote work arrangement (South Africa)• Opportunities for professional growth• Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.• Open communication environment.• Full medical coverage.• to learn more about Haldren, please see: Haldren Premier Recruitment Agency
