Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader Field Sales position, based in Mirzapur. The Team Leader Field Sales will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing daily operational tasks, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing team support and performance evaluation. The role also involves collaborating with clients to promote products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
