Job title: Technical Business AnalystLocation: Chippenham, 2-3 days onsiteSalary: up to £60,000 depending on experienceContract Type: Permanent, full timeA well-established UK-based SME is undergoing a significant digital transformation and is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery of several high-impact projects.With multiple initiatives in progress including client integrations, internal application redevelopment, and new regulatory requirements, you’ll play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to extract and document clear, actionable business and technical requirements, particularly for API and software integration projects.Technical Analysis: Collaborate with IT and external partners to define and validate technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Project Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of integration and application rebuild projects, supporting testing, validation, and user training as needed.Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise across departments to clarify needs, resolve ambiguities, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.Required Skills and Experience5–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within SME environments.Strong technical acumen - comfortable with APIs, software requirements, databases, and system integrations.Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver results in unstructured or ambiguous settings.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is advantageous.
