Join DOF as our Technical Delivery Manager!We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Delivery Manager to lead the execution of technical projects and change initiatives across our IT operations. This is a key corporate role responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of technical solutions that support DOF's overall business objectives. As Technical Delivery Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that changes are implemented efficiently, securely, and in line with best practices. We are looking for a candidate who can provide operational insight and a structured approach to technical delivery.Responsibilities:Lead technical projects and change initiatives from start to finish, including planning, resource management, and reportingInitiate and implement technical changes in operations and infrastructureAct as a link between technical teams and the business, ensuring deliveries meet expectationsMonitor and report progress, results, and deviations to stakeholdersContribute to continuous improvement of methods, routines, and processesParticipate actively in the execution of technical changes and improvementsEnsure that projects and changes are carried out with high quality and minimal riskCollaborate closely with other teams to support the company's strategic initiativesRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalentExperience in managing technical projects and change initiativesBroad competence in IT operations, infrastructure, and service deliveryAbility to work in a structured, independent, and goal-oriented mannerStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English, with good communication skills both spoken and writtenIs this the perfect role for you, but you don't meet every single requirement?
