The Technical Office Engineer will be responsible for, ensuring compliance with client requirements, revising project designs, managing technical documentation, and supporting project execution teams. The role also includes conducting quantity surveying, monitoring costs, providing technical support, and liaising with project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.Qualifications.Expertise in quantity surveying, project costing, and budgeting.Strong skills in technical documentation management and report writing.Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD and ERP systems.Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector is highly advantageous.Familiarity with post-tensioning systems and regulatory standards is a plus.
