Our GPU marketplace powers AI projects and businesses all over the world.About the RoleWe're looking for a Remote Weekend Technical Support Engineer based in Vietnam to provide critical assistance to our clients on weekends and holidays. This remote position requires weekend and holiday shifts, to ensure our customers receive timely and effective support.This is a part-time, remote position. This role specifically covers weekend and holiday daytime shifts (8 AM – 5 PM ICT).Vast.ai users or hosts preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phoneTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to our GPU rental platformCollaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex technical problemsMaintain and update support documentationMonitor system performance and report any irregularitiesParticipate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverageYou AreA self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekendsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPassionate about AI and its potential to transform industriesTo be successful as a Support Engineer, you should have a strong understanding of Linux, running AI workloads and general problem solving ability.QualificationsStrong technical background with experience in cloud computing, GPU technologies, or related fieldsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentFluency in EnglishExperience with Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with AI, Vast.ai and machine learning conceptsCustomer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceBenefits100% salary during probation periodSocial, Health and Unemployment Insurance contributionsAnnual leave as per regulationsReimbursement for approved work expensesFully remoteAmbitious, fast-paced startup environment.PayBase hourly rate: $8.50 – $11.50/hour (depending on experience)Weekend rate: $10 – $13/hour (applies to all regular Saturday/Sunday shifts)Holiday rate: 300% of base hourly (~$25 – $35/hour), as required by Vietnam labor law
