In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:Functional:Completion of daily tasks (PPM’s, Works Orders) within the teamEnsure all maintenance documentation is completed correctly, legibly and on timeIdentify spares and or tooling need and raise purchase requests for the requirementsAssist team in completion of health & Safety Assessments and review of Code of Safe Working Practice (COSWP)Carry out any scheduled safety equipment checksIdentify training requirements and Liaise with the Technical Supervisors to arrange training workshops in line with the Ain Dubai Training SchemeShare knowledge to others utilizing training techniques and toolbox talksCorrectly use the permit to work systemAssist in completion of Risk AssessmentsFollowing training assist in the development and operation of the CMMS systemMaintain professional conduct and appearance whilst on shiftAttend daily communication meetings with the management team and other departments as requiredRecommend improvements in departmental policy, procedure, and practiceCarry out faithfully and professionally any other reasonable requests required by the Ain Dubai Technical Management teamWorks with minimal supervision and maintains control over tasks assignment and responsibilitiesConsiderable latitude in decision making on established operations and functional proceduresFamiliarization of Safety Ride Attraction Specific, Ride and Manufacturer O&M Manuals, Ride and Attraction OperationFinancial:Contribute to meeting or exceeding the department KPI’s and reduce waste by control of the use of spare parts and consumablesEnsure all parts used / returned to stock are inventoried correctly via the CMMS systemEnsure all individual tools supply are properly utilized and maintainedProcesses:Ensure work orders issued via the CMMS are completed on timeComply with LOTO, COSWP to ensure all works are carried out safelyEnsure manufacturers maintenance requirements are followed for every taskEnsure Rides Logbook / PDA is updated with all tasks, breakdowns, and incidentsLearning & Development:Contribute to developing a maintenance team who work together, support, communicate and encourage one anotherCreating a fun, professional environment where the Ain Dubai values are deliveredComplete coaching & development to ensure confidence and have the skills to work safely and diligently on all Ain Dubai assetsThe Technical team is expected to develop and nurture positive relationships with all Departments within the Ain DubaiAlways maintaining a professional appearanceMaintains valid conformity training certificationImprovement on knowledge/skills on new developments related for the jobAbout you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:HND/ HNC/ TEC or professional qualification/ equivalency in Engineering fieldAt least 1year experience in Technical Maintenance/Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringProficiency in Microsoft OfficeCan manage work at heightsAbout the Benefits: In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
