Job Description

Role Purpose: To manage inbound and outbound hotline calls, convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings, and support revenue generation through proactive selling.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound hotline calls related to ticket inquiries, pricing, and routesConduct outbound follow-ups for abandoned bookings or potential leadsConvert inquiries into confirmed salesUpsell additional services (seat upgrades, flexible timing, etc.)Maintain professional call etiquette and accurate system documentationMeet daily/weekly sales conversion targetsCoordinate with CS and Operations teams on customer issuesMaintain CRM and call logs accuratelySchedule: Shift-based to cover 7-day operations (rotational)5 days working & 2 days off Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any fieldMinimum 1 year experience in telesales or call center environmentStrong verbal communication skillsCustomer-oriented and persuasiveComfortable working rotational shiftsBasic Business English preferredFamiliar with ticketing or travel industry is a plusLocation: Ho Chi Minh/ Hanoi
