Mô tả công việc Proactively building the annual training plan in scope of budget and training needs, execute, evaluate and follow up of the training plan for DSR/Merchandiser/SS/ASM across Sales Channels (GT/MT/OOH). Develop standard materials, all best practices, etc. to be used as part of induction program, training and self-learning material Prepare and organize training courses for DSR/Merchandiser/ASM, including training materials, tools, equipment as well as logistic related to training. Setting plan and effectively execute on-the-job training and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of training for DSR/Merchandiser (DOR/WOR, standard daily routine, 7 selling steps, standard working process, standard sales fundamentals, Handheld using, compliance…). Innovating effective format and ensure the tracking and analysis of Sales implementation in the market (#field reports, #outlets, #Calls, #Suc Calls, #SKUs/invoice, Basics: route, route map, daily report usage… Provide suggestion for improvement and follow up. Project owner and execution as required such as RTM, Sales Force Effectiveness, DSR Development Program,.. Other tasks assigned by line manager.Yêu cầu công việc Bachelor's degree holder. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales field (GT, MT) or similar position (Working experience in FMCG/ Consumer Electronics is preferable). Knowledge and skills in analyzing sales metrics, especially related to retail through distribution partners. Experience in sales training delivery and field coaching. Sufficient English skill in writing and communication. Knowledge and skills in business operations processes (Sales team management, Distributor management, Training, Human resources policies, ...) Good communication and stakeholder management skill. Experience in Project Management. Experience in sales system (such as DMS). Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Knowledge on Power BI is a plus.
