Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and excellence.The Infotainment System Lead Engineer is responsible for the architecture design, technical governance, supplier coordination, and integration of IVI systems across vehicle programs, ensuring seamless functionality and delivery quality.Key Responsibility Research and define the overall architecture of Infotainment (IVI) systems for each vehicle model. Develop technical requirements and standards for both HW and SW components related to Infotainment & Connectivity. Create and maintain technical requirement documentation for all IVI features. Evaluate and approve technical changes and requirement proposals from system design teams and other cross-functional units. Manage and supervise suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of hardware/software aligned with program milestones. Support system integration of IVI into vehicles, ensuring stability, compatibility, and expected functionality. Analyze defects during development and in field feedback, working with suppliers to drive technical resolutions. Execute and manage technical change requests (ECR/DCR). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Infotainment, Embedded Systems, or Automotive engineering. Solid understanding of IVI architecture, Android Automotive / Linux, and automotive communication protocols (CAN / LIN / Ethernet). Strong technical documentation and design evaluation capabilities. Good English communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
