Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Intern

About Us:Maison is a fast-growing fashion retail company with a focus on data-driven growth. We work across web and mobile platforms to continuously optimize user journeys and maximize conversion rates. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Intern to support our optimization efforts and learn through real-world experimentation.What You’ll Do:Assist in analyzing user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, or similar.Help design, implement, and monitor A/B and multivariate tests.Support UX research including on-site polls, and session recordings.Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO test variants.Benchmark competitors and identify new opportunities to improve conversions.Assist in preparing performance reports and insights based on test outcomes.Learn how to build data-backed hypotheses to improve user experience and funnel performance.What We’re Looking For:Passion for digital marketing, user behavior, or UX/UI design.Basic understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with ecommerce, landing pages, or user funnels is a bonus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and light documentation.Excellent attention to detail and eagerness to learn and adapt.Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is a plus, but not required.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience with CRO tools and real A/B tests.Exposure to ecommerce performance marketing and analytics.One-on-one mentorship and personalized learning goals.Opportunity to contribute ideas that directly impact business results.A potential path to a full-time offer based on performance.
