They are seeking a Senior Python Developer based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi (Hybrid) to develop the core Python framework and tools that support scalable, high-performance backend systems. This role offers the chance to contribute to a world-class engineering culture and cutting-edge platform initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement the core Python service framework, enabling scalable and high-performance backend systems.Build reusable templates and shared libraries to standardize service development and deployment processes.Integrate best practices for monitoring, performance tuning, and observability into production services.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure tools are intuitive, reliable, and well-documented.Drive pragmatic technical decisions that balance business goals with technical excellence.Contribute to the creation of an internal app sandbox for testing and deploying AI/data science prototypes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 8 years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Python. (+2 years in Python Programing).Proven track record in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade Python microservices.Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio), API design (REST/gRPC), and automated testing frameworks.Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (logging, tracing, and metrics).Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, particularly EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM.Comfortable working in startup or fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and driving outcomes independently.Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, able to guide best practices, influence technical direction, and support team development.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.This is a great opportunity to work with a Top Consulting Firm, with training and project exposures like no others.
