With over 20 years of aviation expertise, we combine industry knowledge with cutting-edge strategies to deliver seamless experiences for our partners and travelers alike.We’re looking for a dynamic Ticketing & Reservation Executive to join our growing team! If you have a keen eye for detail, love delivering excellent customer service, and are skilled in GDS systems — this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Handle ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.Assist customers with inquiries related to fares, schedules, and seat availability.Ensure accuracy of customer details and booking confirmations.Provide support via email, chat, and phone for both travel agents and direct passengers.Manage payment transactions and process refunds when necessary.Handle escalations and resolve complaints in a professional manner.Role Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):1–2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations within the travel or airline industry.Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (preferred).Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all booking processes.Data Protection Notice:By applying for this role, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in compliance with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA).
