POSITION SNAPSHOT:Location: Sofia, BulgariaConditions: Temporary labour contract - maternity replacementLine Manager: Trade Assets Optimizer Manager NP SEMPosition SummaryWe are looking for a result focused and organized person to ensure the optimum performance of Nestle Professional fixed assets by managing these assets in accordance with Nestle standards, Nestle Professional good practice standards and with the local regulations.This position involves the ability to analyze, review, updating and monitoring the NP vending machines park, to correctly issue the related rent invoices for the Nestle Professional division.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF TRADE ASSET SPECIALIST:Checking orders for vending machines, movements, namely allocation of new machines, transfers, checkouts and ensuring that information is updated in the systemTracking KPIs related to machine performance:Non-used machines (Idle machines)Accurate maintaining of machines database in all trade assets systems.Correctness of issuing rental invoices for machines and trade assets expenses calculationMonitoring the implementation of placement plan monthlyCentralizing and verifying reports from partners and through Nestle systems.Creates PR/POs for vending machine importsChecks and updates the stock of vending machinesCentralizes and transmits to Nestle Business Services all the necessary information for updating the vending machines in SAPData comparison, analysis and verificationMonitors monthly the position of each NP vending machine and keeps their record updated in the NP systems : real status, accuracy of POCProactively contributes and comes up with business solutions to support the sales forceWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:You have a Bachelor’s degree or graduate of Management / Commerce / Business administration or similar facultiesYou are fluent in written and spoken Bulgarian and English.You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)You have experience up to 1-2 years in sales analysis, business analysis, working with large databases.You have experience in working with ERP systems, especially SAP, creates an advantage.You have basic knowledge of FMCG marketYou have developed communication, organizational and time management skillsYou are initiative, curious, creative and good team playerYou're analytic and you're capable of working in dynamic environmentWHAT WE OFFER?A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationInternational work environmentHybrid and flexible working modelAttractive package, including food vouchers, sports cards, additional days paid leaveParental policyMedical subscription for our employees and their spouse and childrenHow to apply?If you are interested in this career opportunity, please submit your application.
