This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.About The RoleAs a Coordinator, IT, you are responsible for the administrative function of the IT Department, to ensure efficient operation in the organization. You will be accountable for the smooth running of the IT department, with all administrative responsibilities and tasks, and coordinating with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication. You will also maintain office and pantry supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies and maintaining IT equipment inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies.Other tasks will include but are not limited to managing the end-to-end repair process for devices, raising all PRs for the IT department, and following through with LPO, Delivery/Work Completion and Payment, and maintaining IT contracts by consulting with procurement to renew them before expiry.About YouIdeally, to be successful in applying for this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year as an IT desktop/helpdesk support, or at least within an IT environment within the hospitality industry.You will have excellent communication skills in English (oral and written), have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service, and be proficient in MS Office applications and Windows 10.Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
