Trainer for Spoken English and Personality Development

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Trainer in Spoken English and Personality Development, based in New Garden Town, Lahore. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to strengthen students’ spoken English, enhance personality development, and support overall professional grooming. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to improve students’ communication, interpersonal, and workplace readiness skills.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Spoken English and personality development techniquesExperience in creating and delivering engaging training sessionsAbility to assess student progress and provide constructive feedbackExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant teaching or training certification and experience in the education field is a plusAbility to work on-site in LahoreBachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related fieldWorking Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (6 days a week)Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary range: PKR 80,000 – 90,000Free meal provided during working hoursGazetted holidaysProfessional development and training opportunities
