Job ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual trainingCo-ordinate Internship programs (operational)Evaluate projects and analyse feedbackEnhance course material & course delivery based on feedback to improve training and internship effectivenessLocation: Mysore, Bangalore Description of the Profile We are looking for training and Internship co-ordinators with 2 to 4 years of teaching experience and technology know-how in two or more of the following areas:Artificial Intelligence concepts awareness, Hands-on experince is preferredJava – Java programming, Spring, Angular / React, BootstrapBig Data – Python programming, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Mongo DB, NoSQLData Science – Python for data science, Machine learning, Exploratory data analysis, Statistics & ProbabilityOpen source – Python, PHP, Unix / Linux, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScriptOthers – Agile, Github, MS-Office Work Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (CS/IT) Official Travel(domestic): Flexible to travel- 10%-15% Technical and Professional Requirements: Training-related experience Must haveTeaching experience: conducting training sessions in classroom/Virtual mode and dynamically responding to different capabilities of learners; experience in analyzing the feedback from sessions and identifying action areas for self-improvementDeveloping teaching material: Experience in developing teaching material, including exercises and assignmentsGood presentation skills, excellent oral / written communication skills Nice to haveFeedback analysis, Project reviews, trainer evaluation and effective reportingInstructional Design: Developing engaging contentDesigning Assessments: Experience in designing assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training and gauging the proficiency of the learnerParticipated in activities of the software development lifecycle like development, testing, configuration managementTeam player with positive attitude
