Design, implement, and continuously enhance training programs. Conduct needs assessments, execute the training, develop reinforcement materials, and evaluate effectiveness.Status: Full-time, SalariedLocation: Omaha, NE | OnsiteResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery: Provide on-the-job coaching. Organize training sessions for new hires. Conduct role-playing activities to enhance interpersonal skills. Schedule regular training sessions, such as monthly or quarterly. Collaborate with supervisors to encourage on-the-job coaching. Assess the skill levels of employees undergoing training.Content Development & Management: Develop digital and print educational material (e.g., videos and manuals). Maintain updated records of training curricula and material. Maintain understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods. Execute organization's training resources for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Implement ongoing employee development material to all departments.Needs Assessment & Improvement: Identify individual and team skills gapsOther Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectivesQualifications And Education RequirementsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
