Job Description:The Dispatch Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the dispatch and logistics sector. This role combines sales expertise with an understanding of dispatch operations to build client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales and a basic knowledge of transportation logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate leads for dispatch services through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with the dispatch team to understand service capabilities and provide accurate quotes and proposals.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress using CRM tools.Analyse market trends in logistics and dispatch to identify new opportunities and competitive strategies.Handle sales inquiries, resolve client issues related to dispatch services, and follow up on leads promptly.Stay updated on industry regulations, fuel prices, and transportation technologies to inform sales strategies.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in logistics, transportation, freight, or dispatch-related roles.Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.Strong understanding of dispatch processes, including scheduling, routing, and compliance in the transportation industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.Fluency in English is extremely important
