Our team creates engaging digital experiences for clients across industries, combining strategy, creativity, and technology.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to conceptualize and execute user-centered designs for our clients. You will be responsible for developing UX strategies, creating high-quality visual designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored experiences.Work LocationRemote: ColombiaKey ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and conceptualizing a UX strategy & UI design for the clients.Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.Collaborating with the team of developers, creative director, project manager, and clients to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the user.Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviour.Adhering and creating style standards on graphic design.Besides creating scalable systems, occasionally you will need to execute on some ad-hoc client requests.Ideal ProfileRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design best practices.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.Please sharePlease provide a link to your portfolio.What's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance
