UI/UX Specialist

Job PurposeAs a UI/UX Designer at Smart Axiata, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experi-ences of our customers. You will be responsible for designing SmartNas, Smart Axiata Website, AI Chatbot with intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile and web plat-forms. You will work closely with product owner, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital products meet both user needs and business goals.Role & ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design: Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for mobile apps, websites, and other digital products while adhering to design principles and best practices. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate user flow and interaction User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user by applying user-centered design principles in all aspects of the design process. UI Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, pat-terns, and reusable assets to ensure consistency across all platforms User Research & Testing: Conduct user research (such as surveys, interviews, and usabilty testing) to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Use this data to create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that meet user expectations. Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and im-prove designs continuously. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure that design solutions are implemented effectively.
