Job Title: Unit Manager-Car LendingLocation: Phnom PenhDeadline: 30-November-2025Salary: Based on Qualification and ExperienceJob Overview:The Unit Manager-Car Lending is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets for car loan products. This role involves strategic planning, promoting the car loan product, building strong relationships with partners and customers, and ensuring the sales team operates effectively. The Unit Manager-Car Lending will also analyze loan applicants’ financial status and handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and guide the sales team in daily operations and sales efforts.Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.Promote and sell the car loan product to potential clients through visits and presentations.Lead efforts in identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the car loan product.Train and support the Credit Officers (COs) to ensure they effectively achieve their sales targets.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and customers.Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to ensure smooth operations.Analyze applicants’ financial status, creditworthiness, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.Work closely with Credit Officers to assess risk and ensure compliance with company policies.Conduct customer visits alongside Credit Officers to verify and assess the legitimacy of loan applications.Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.Prepare and present regular sales reports.Provide direct updates to the Head of Sales regarding team performance, market trends, and strategic insights.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial or automotive sector.BA/Master in Finance and Banking, Business, Management, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years experience in auto loans or a relevant position.Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to analyze financial information and make sound decisions.Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and team members.How to apply:Candidates could send CV and Cover Letter to the address: #243-244, St. 598, Toul Sangke, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.Email: jobs@hfcmfi.com.khContact number: 078 415 333 I 086 777 439*** Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an English test and an interview.
