Our goal is to become the preferred destination for online shopping by continuously innovating and prioritizing customer satisfaction.Job Summary:The Vendor Executive is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding vendors and suppliers for our e-commerce platform. The role involves building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best prices and terms, maintaining product listings, and ensuring continuous product availability across categories such as Fashion,electronics, home appliances, and accessories.Key Responsibilities:Identify and source new vendors and suppliers across relevant product categories Mainly Fashion and Electronics Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions to ensure competitive margins.Onboard vendors to the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain and update vendor data, product catalogs, and pricing in the system.Work closely with the catalog, pricing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of vendor products.Monitor stock levels, lead times, and product availability to prevent shortages.Analyze sales data to identify high-performing vendors and underperforming categories.Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure consistency in quality and service.Visit markets and supplier locations to scout for new vendors and verify authenticity.Support in vendor performance evaluation based on KPIs such as delivery time, pricing accuracy, and return rates.Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and account settlements.Requirements and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Experience: 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, merchandising, or sourcing in e-commerce, retail, or wholesale sectors.Knowledge of Product Categories: Familiarity with sourcing and product trends in electronics, home appliances, and consumer accessories.Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate product and vendor information, including pricing and stock levels.Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple vendors and categories simultaneously under tight deadlines.Language: Fluency in English is required.
