We're Hiring: VP Sales – IT Services Are you a top-tier sales leader ready for your next impact move? Our client is a Tier 2 US-based IT Services company (sub 1000cr revenue), looking to accelerate its growth journey. This is a confidential search for a strategic, driven and inspiring VP Sales to join a dynamic and high-performing environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive and execute sales strategy to meet and exceed targets via a player-coach role, managing a team covering business development, pre-sales and account executives.Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering high-performance culture and professional growth.Contribute directly to the sales pipeline own accounts, close high-value deals and lead large transactions in a competitive market.Expertly manage client relationships, account qualification, and strategic forecasting.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure successful, prolonged campaign closures.Ideal Profile:10+ years' experience in Sales (preferably senior role) in IT services.Proven track record achieving/exceeding quotas; experience leading diverse sales teams, including business development and account executives.Strong experience in solution-based selling across Enterprise sales.Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/advanced degree preferred).Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience working with OEMs, channels, and nurturing key client/partner relationships.What’s in It for You:Leadership role with strategic impact.Ability to shape and scale the sale organization globally.Work directly with Executive Leadership.If you’re ready to help shape the next phase of growth for a high growing US IT product company, apply or mail to vasant.varghese@antal.comNote: It’s a confidential role, hence the company details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
