Their content reaches millions every month, and this role offers a brilliant opportunity to shape high-performing social video for some of the most engaged audiences in the UK.If you love sports, live and breathe social content, and want to be part of a pacey, ambitious environment where creativity genuinely leads, this could be a standout next move.The Role:You’ll be at the heart of their social video output, working across editorial clips, podcasts, paid ads and reactive content. It’s a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who understands what performs online and enjoys pushing new ideas.Responsibilities:Editing high-engagement editorial videos for multiple sports brandsOptimising content for social platforms including TikTok and InstagramEditing and producing weekly podcast contentSyncing multi-camera setups and enhancing audio qualityCreating cutdowns and highlight clips for social channelsOccasionally producing and filming content where requiredWorking with the wider content team to explore new tools and emerging technologiesCreating paid social ads designed to drive reach, followers or conversionsRequirements:You’ll be confident working across short-form, long-form and podcast content, with a strong sense of what actually performs on social.
