We are looking for a Videographer & Creative Content Producer who can capture the energy of the venue, tell stories through video, and occasionally contribute fresh creative ideas for campaigns, reels, and brand moments.The Videographer will film venue activity during their scheduled days, edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok/Instagram, cover events occurring on those shifts, and support the creative direction of the brand’s visual identity.Key Responsibilities1. Video Capture & Production• Film venue activity on your working days: guest interactions, gaming sessions, cocktails, food, and interior atmosphere• Record content during private hires, tournaments, and themed events scheduled on those days• Capture natural reactions, highlight moments, and behind-the-scenes footage• Film effectively in fast-paced and low-light environments2. Editing & Short-Form Content Creation• Edit short-form and long-form videos for TikTok/Instagram (appropriate to part-time schedule)• Deliver polished, engaging, and brand-consistent content• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, audio sync, and social-media pacing• Prepare raw clips for use by the Social & Events Manager3. Creative Direction & Collaboration• Contribute ideas for new concepts, trends, and storytelling formats• Stay up to date with TikTok/Instagram trends and apply them effectively• Coordinate weekly content needs with the Social & Events Manager• Maintain XP Tavern’s visual identity across all video outputsRequirements• Proven videography and video editing experience 1-2 years• Ability to film in nightlife/low-light environments• Strong understanding of TikTok/Instagram short-form content• Proficiency in CapCut and/or professional editing software• Creative eye for framing, storytelling, and trend usage• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently• Comfortable filming evening eventsCompensation  • £15/Hour (Part-time, 2 days/week)    • Free meal & drink during shifts  • Staff discounts
