Role & Responsibilities Manage receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure that all stock transactions are accurately recorded and updated in the ERP system. Conduct periodic stock counts, investigate variances, and reconcile with finance and production data. Coordinate with Production and Packaging Operators for timely supply and movement of materials. Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch operations to maintain smooth logistics flow. Uphold 5S organization, EHS compliance, and safe handling practices in the warehouse. Maintain reports on stock levels, aging items, and space utilization for management review. Identify and escalate inventory, delivery, or documentation issues to the Operations Manager.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (required). Proficiency in ERP systems (mandatory). 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety standards.
